¶1 Gloria Ferrari, CalvinAthy, and Tyler Omyer (jointly Appellants) were convicted in the City of Kalispell Municipal Court of various traffic violations including driving with a suspended license. They appealed their convictions to the Eleventh Judicial District Court, Flathead County. After the District Court affirmed the convictions, they appealed separately to this Court. While the factual backgrounds differ slightly, the legal issue and analysis are identical; therefore we have consolidated these cases for the purpose of appeal and this Opinion.
