Antonio Coffaro, deceased, in his lifetime, owned a frame building at No. 249 Central Park, Rochester, N. Y. The upstairs part of the building Was occupied as his dwelling. His family consisted of himself and wife and several children. On the ground floor he conducted a grocery store and market. On November 15, 1924, early in the morning, a fire occurred. Prior to the fire the deceased had transferred the title to the real estate to his wife. He continued to occupy the ground floor for a store and market as a tenant under his wife.
