According to the finding, after such requested corrections as we are able to make, the facts of which the plaintiff offered evidence and claimed to have proved include the following which are material to a discussion of the assignments of error: On December 21st, 1932, the defendant owned a two-family house, purchased in February, 1932, and occupied the first floor; the plaintiff for about two months had been a tenant of the second floor, and each used two rooms on the third floor.
