Gladys Marie Andrews has presented an untimely motion to this court to dismiss the direct appeal from the bankruptcy court by the South Dakota Loan Assistance Corporation (SDLAC) in her bankruptcy action. Andrews argues that the SDLAC did not file its notice of appeal within the ten-day time limit prescribed by Rule of Bankruptcy Procedure 802(a).
