The defendant, Kenneth Day (defendant), appeals from his conviction in the Superior Court of two counts of conspiracy to commit robbery, two counts of first-degree robbery, one count of assault with intent to commit robbery, one count of committing a crime of violence with a firearm, and one count of carrying a pistol without a license.
