Appeal from the Circuit Court of the United States for the South-era .Oistrict of Yew York. Petition by Charles A. WM¡ e for a writ of habeas corpus to relea an him, from the custody of James 'Valleiy and Alfred IX Kelley, sheriff, by whom lie was held for extradition to Wyoming to answer a charge of grand larceny. The circuit court remanded the prisoner, and dismissed the writ. The prisoner appeals.
