Plaintiff, L. O. Koven & Brother, Inc. (hereinafter sometimes referred to as Koven) brings this action against Local Union No. 5767, United Steelworkers of America, AFL-CIO (hereinafter sometimes referred to as the Union), to enjoin defendant from prosecuting or otherwise presenting or submitting to arbitration a claim for vacation pay benefits allegedly due to certain members of the defendant Union.
