Hampshire Brands, Inc. and Hampshire Group, Ltd. are debtors in chapter 11 cases that are pending in the United States Bankruptcy Court for the District of Delaware. I will refer to them as the Debtors from time to time. Hampshire Brands and Hampshire Group also are defendants in a civil action that was filed in the United States District Court for the Southern District of New York.
