This appeal arises out of a lower court’s ruling that federal workers’ compensation benefits paid after divorce and dissolution of the community are community property. We reverse.

FACTS AND PROCEDURAL HISTORY

Appellant, Raymond R. Egan, worked as a drug enforcement agent with the United States Drug Enforcement Agency throughout his marriage to Jeanette Huck Egan.
