Knox Glass Bottle Company, a Mississippi corporation, claiming to have sold and delivered certain bottles termed “decanters” to Golden Gate Liquor Company, Inc., a corporation domiciled in New Orleans, and that Herman Suffrin, prior to delivery and in writing, guaranteed payment of the account, seeks recovery from the liquor company and from Suffrin of the alleged price of the .said bottles.
