Appellant Gerard Blanchett appeals the Faulkner County Circuit Court’s judgment and commitment order convicting him of possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver. Appellant filed a conditional plea of guilty, pursuant to Ark. R. Crim. P. 24.3(b), whereby he reserved his right to appeal from the trial court’s denial of his motion to suppress evidence seized pursuant to a search conducted when he was arrested on a bench warrant.
