Appeal from a decision of the Unemployment Insurance Appeal Board, filed May 6, 1981, which assessed the employer for contributions due for the audit period from April 1,1976 through December 31,1978. Appellant is a professional corporation organized in 1971 for the purpose of practicing opthalmic surgery. It employs some 10 or 11 people, including nurses, receptionists and secretaries, who are concededly employees.
