Defendant and another, at the time of the offense herein both Detroit police officers, were charged with the offense of breaking and entering with intent to commit the crime of larceny. MCLA 750.110; MSA 28.305. 1 In a joint jury trial both defendants were found guilty of entering without breaking with intent to commit larceny. MCLA 750.111; MSA 28.306. 2 Defendant Coffey appeals as of right his conviction and sentence of a term of four years’ probation.
In pretrial proceedings, the trial judge, in a written opinion, denied defendant’s motion to quash the search warrant and suppress evidence.…
