The village of Pawnee seeks reversal of the circuit court’s order dismissing, with prejudice, its complaint against Azzarelli Construction Company (hereinafter Azzarelli), for failure to comply with the court’s orders respecting the furnishing of a bill of particulars to Azzarelli.
