Order, Supreme Court, New York County (William E McCooe, J.), entered April 4, 2003, which, to the extent appealed from as limited by the briefs, confirmed a Special Referee’s denial of additional legal fees for the guardian over and above that already awarded by the court, and disaffirmed the Special Referee’s award of commissions in excess of that already awarded by the court, unanimously affirmed, without costs.
