Defendant Stanley Burns was con victed of armed robbery, MCL 750.529; MSA 28.797, and possession of a firearm during the commission of a felony, MCL 750.227b; MSA 28.424(2). He was sentenced to between 20 to 50 years imprisonment on the armed robbery charge, and a consecutive 2 years for the felony-firearm violation. He appeals as of right, GCR 1963, 806.1.
