Robert Klicker appeals the denial of summary judgment. The issue is whether as a matter of law an attorney representing a general partnership must also be considered the attorney for each of the individual general partners. We conclude that whether an attorney representing a general partnership also represents the partners in their individual capacity raises an issue of fact. Because the record establishes a factual dispute, we affirm.
