This is a suit to annul the incorporation of the village of Oil City, in the parish of Caddo. Such a suit may be brought in the name of the State on the relation of the District Attorney, according to the provisions of Section 2S93 of the Revised Statutes, as amended by Act No. 102 of 1928, “When any association or number of persons shall act within this State as a corporation without being duly incorporated.” Several taxpayers in the village are also plaintiffs in this case.
