CRANDALL, Judge.

Defendant, Terry Shannon, appeals from the judgments of conviction, after a jury trial, of four counts of forgery for which he was sentenced, as a prior and persistent offender, to concurrent terms of imprisonment of seven years on each count. He also appeals from the denial, after an evi-dentiary hearing, of his Rule 29.15 motion for post-conviction relief. We affirm.

The evidence, viewed in the light most favorable to the state, discloses that defendant was employed by Dillard’s department store at Northwest Plaza as a salesman. Defendant traveled to Dillard’s at Jamestown…
