Judgment, Supreme Court, New York County (Arlene D. Goldberg, J.), rendered June 27, 2013, convicting defendant, upon his plea of guilty, of attempted criminal possession of a weapon in the second degree, and sentencing him to a term of 3V2 years, unanimously affirmed.
The court properly denied defendant’s motions to controvert the search warrant that led to the recovery of drugs and weapons from the single-family private dwelling where defendant lived.
