DANAHER, Circuit Judge.
This appellant on August 31, 1963 was injured in a North Carolina automobile accident, allegedly caused by her husband’s negligence. On June 15, 1965, she brought suit against her husband in the District Court of the District of Columbia. The record shows that on September 13, 1965, the parties stipulated their marriage in 1961 since which date both had been domiciled in the District of Columbia as husband and wife.
