MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER

This Adversary Proceeding arises by Complaint filed on December 4, 1998, by Plaintiffs Richard A. and Paule J. Simek (“Simeks”), against Defendants Mark and Loraine Erdman (“Erdmans”), alleging that the Erdmans obtained a loan from them in the principal amount of $25,027.05 by means of false pretense, false representation, or actual fraud, such that the debt should be declared nondischargeable in the Erdmans’ Chapter 7 bankruptcy case pursuant to 11 U.S.C. § 523(a)(2)(A).
