Richard Gilbert, Fred Lovell, Jr., and Aaron Smith (collectively, "the plaintiffs") are property owners within a subdivision in Columbia County known as "Old Farm." After Canterbury Farms, LLC, bought a parcel of land ("the Property") within Old Farm, the plaintiffs sued Canterbury Farms, alleging that it was violating certain Old Farm protective covenants regarding clearing and planned construction on the Property.
