Accurate Printers, Inc. (“API”) filed the instant action against Kenneth Stark, alleging that Stark had breached a Non-Competition and Non-Solicitation Agreement (“the Restrictive Covenant”). Stark filed a counterclaim against API and its president, Steven M. Young, alleging that they had tortiously interfered with his business relationship with an employer, a competing printing company.
