The matter under consideration in this Chapter 7 case of Paul Slater (Debtor) is a challenge of the Debtor’s right to the protection of the general discharge. The challenge presented for this Court’s consideration is through a three Count Complaint filed by Diane L. Jensen (Trustee), the Trustee of the estate of the Debtor.
