delivered the opinion of the Court.

This is an appeal from the criminal court of Dickson County. The plaintiff in error was convicted on a charge of driving an automobile while under the influence of an intoxicant and sentenced to ninety days in the county jail. It will not be necessary for us to state the facts fully, as we are entirely satisfied that the evidence sup ported the verdict and action of the trial conrt. There are a number of legal questions raised.
