In October, 1880, James Hull had an execution issued from the clerk’s office of the circuit court of Wayne county in his name against Hiram Bloss for $783.11 debt and $94.87 costs. This execution was by the sheriff of said county levied upon the property of said Bloss, who on December 31, 1880, gave a forthcoming bond with sureties for the delivery of the property so levied on to said sheriff on the first Monday in February, 1881, at the court-house of said count}7.
