The plaintiff Pamela Hill appeals from a summary judgment in favor of American National Property and Casualty Company (hereinafter "ANPAC") and Farmers Insurance Exchange ("Farmers"). On March 7, 1996, Hill was injured in an automobile wreck in Lauderdale County. She was a passenger in a car owned and driven by Edward McIntyre. McIntyre was insured by Farmers.
