Appeal by the defendant from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Kings County (Rappaport, J.), rendered May 6, 1991, convicting him of murder in the second degree, upon a jury verdict, and imposing sentence.

Ordered that the judgment is affirmed.

The trial court instructed the jury on the elements of murder in the second degree and explained and defined "extreme emotional disturbance”, an affirmative defense to intentional murder.
