The parties are before this court in reverse order of their appearance in the county court, and will be designated herein as plaintiff and defendant.

An action was brought by plaintiff, a Colorado corporation, the principal place of business and residence of which is in Weld county, against defendant, also a Colorado corporation, its principal place of business and residence being in Pueblo county.
