Appeal by the defendant from a judgment of the County Court, Suffolk County (Weissman, J.), rendered February 26, 1981, convicting him of burglary in the first degree, upon a jury verdict, and imposing sentence.

*800Ordered that the judgment is affirmed.

We reject the defendant’s contention that the evidence at trial was insufficient to establish that the complainant suffered "physical injury” so as to support a conviction of burglary in the first degree (see, Penal Law § 140.30 [2]).
