The Farmers’ Loan and Trust Company, appellant’s predecessor, entered into a trust agreement with “ all present and future holders of certificates issued and to be issued ” thereunder, by which it established an investment fund known as “ The Farmers’ Loan and Trust Company Investment Fund (Number 1),” to consist of “ all sums which have been and which may hereafter be received by the trustee hereunder, which shall be held and managed by the trustee upon the terms and conditions ” set forth in the agreement.
