ALLEN, District Judge.

The appellants, Darrell Combs and Steven Brown, also known as Steven Newman, appeal their convictions on one count of an indictment charging them with violation of 18 U.S.C. Sec. 472 1 — possession of counterfeit money with intent to defraud the United States. They contend that they had standing to challenge the search of the van in which the counterfeit money was found. They also contest the validity of the search yielding the money. Finally, they argue that the trial court erroneously submitted the case to the jury on insufficient evidence.
