*415 *394 Defendants, the Township of Ellington, Eric Zbytowski, and Ed Talaski, appeal as of right the May 22, 2017 judgment ousting Zbytowski and Talaski from the Ellington Township Planning Commission and reinstating the appointments of plaintiffs Eugene Davison and George Mika to the planning commission.
