¶ 1. This appeal is before this Court on writ of certiorari from the Court of Appeals' reversal of the Harrison County Circuit Court. After the close of Dr. Cheryl Robley's case in chief, the trial court granted a directed verdict in favor of Blue Cross Blue Shield of Mississippi (Blue Cross) pursuant to Miss. R. Civ. P. 50(a).
