Appeal from a judgment of the Supreme Court, entered May 29, 1973 in Tompkins County, upon a verdict rendered at a Trial Term in favor of the defendants. During the early morning hours of October 11, 1970, the defendant, Sister Stephen Marguerite, was operating a Chevrolet automobile owned by the defendant, National Car Rental System, in a southerly direction on Route 13 in the City of Ithaca. With her as a passenger was her sister, Christine Ciulla, lessor of the afore-mentioned automobile.
