The accused was indicted on two counts for violating the *977prohibition laws. The first count charged him. with unlawfully and feloniously manufacturing ardent spirits. The second count charged him with the unlawful and felonious aiding and abetting others in the manufacture of ardent spirits. There was-a verdict of guilty and his punishment fixed at six months in jail and a fine of $100.00 was imposed. Judgment was accordingly pronounced against him and he is now seeking a review of the case by this court.
