¶ 1. This case is a review of a published decision of the court of appeals1 reversing an order of the Wood County Circuit Court, the Honorable Todd P. Wolf, presiding. The defendant, Jessica A. Nellessen ("Nellessen"), sought to have the identity of a confidential informer disclosed pursuant to Wis. Stat. § 905.10(3)(b) (2011-12).2 The circuit court denied Nellessen's motion, and she appealed.
