William Bowers (“Claimant”) appeals a determination by the Labor and Industrial Relations Commission (“Commission”) denying Claimant’s workers’ compensation claim for reimbursement of past medical expenses and requesting future medical care. Upon remand for reconsideration of its denial of reimbursement of past medical expenses and future medical benefits in Bowers v.
