On May 31, 2000, plaintiff filed an action for declaratory judgment, requesting that the court decide the legal relationship between the plaintiff and defendant by reason of an agreement entered into in 1984. Plaintiff requests that the court find that a valid, enforceable contract exists between plaintiff and defendant for the use of the Beaver Brook recreational facility by reason of the aforesaid agreement.
