KENNEDY, Judge.
Defendant-appellant Patricia Ann Prew-itt appeals from a conviction of capital murder, § 565.001, RSMo 1978, and a sentence of life imprisonment without eligibility for probation or parole for 50 years.
Judgment affirmed.
Defendant does not challenge the sufficiency of the evidence; therefore, a brief statement of the facts will suffice.
