Richard F. Bruno (petitioner) appeals from an order of the Unemployment Compensation Board of Review (Board) affirming the determination of the referee that petitioner was financially ineligible for benefits under Section 404 of the Pennsylvania Unemployment Compensation Law (Law), Act of December 5, 1936, Second Ex. Sess., PL. (1937) 2897, as amended, 43 PS. §804. We affirm.
