In an action to impose a constructive trust upon certain real property, the plaintiff appeals, as limited by her brief, from so much of a judgment of the Supreme Court, Suffolk County (MacKenzie, J.), entered September 1, 2011, as, upon an order of the same court dated June 6, 2011, granting the defendants’ motion, in effect, pursuant to CPLR 4401 for judgment as a matter of law dismissing the complaint, made at the close of the plaintiffs case at a nonjury trial, is in favor of the defendants and against her dismissing the complaint.
