OPINION

HOFFMAN, Senior Judge.

STATEMENT OF THE CASE

Michael W. Hooper appeals his conviec-tions for trespass, a class A misdemeanor, and resisting law enforcement, a class D felony, and the finding that he is an habit, ual offender.

We affirm in part, and reverse in part.

ISSUES
