The only basis for the jurisdiction of the District Court was the necessity for an order substituting a new solicitor for the two parties in the bankruptcy proceedings in place Of Allen. As he had at common law a possessory lien, it became necessary as an incident to that power to determine the amount of the lien; but that was all that the District Court could do.
