ELIAS HANSEN, Chief Justice.

Defendant was charged with and convicted of the crime of altering marks and brands on six sheep with the intent of stealing the same. It is charged in the information that four of the sheep so marked and branded were the property of John L. Siddoway, one the property of Raymond Siddoway, and one the property of Wm. H. Siddoway. way. The character of the changes made in the earmarks of the various sheep is alleged in the information.
