ORDER ON OBJECTION TO CLAIM/OBJECTION TO CONFIRMATION OF CHAPTER IS PLAN

This order concerns separate contested matters which, although not consolidated, due to their substantial interrelation have been tied together for the purposes of determination.

The first contested matter arises from the debtor’s (“Kuhn”) objection to claim #2 filed by Daniel L. Freeland (“Free-land”), who had been the duly acting and qualified Chapter 7 Trustee in Kuhn’s Chapter 7 case prior to its conversion to a case under Chapter 13.
