Appeals by the defendants from three judgments (one as to each of them) of the Supreme Court, Queens County (Demakos, J.), all rendered July 28, 1987, convicting them each of kidnapping in the second degree and assault in the second degree, upon a jury verdict, and imposing sentence.
*573Ordered that the judgments are affirmed and the cases are remitted to the Supreme Court, Queens County, for further proceedings pursuant to CPL 460.50 (5).
