This case, consisting of numerous claims and counterclaims, arose out of a failed transaction for the sale of real property. The trial court rendered judgment after a jury verdict. In the original appeal, Chevron Phillips Chemical Company LP (“CP Chem”) and Exxon Land Development, Inc. (“ELDI”) challenge certain aspects of the judgment in favor of King-wood CrossRoads, L.P.
