An arbitrator found that the petitioner, Virginia Fetenes, sustained injuries arising out of and in the course of her employment with the respondent, Palmer House, and awarded her temporary total disability benefits (TTD) in the amount of $140 per week for 188 weeks, $7,484.60 in medical expenses, and permanent disability to the extent of 80% of a man as a whole (Ill.
